Examination
5(1)An appropriate examination shall be administered by a conservation officer or an assistant conservation officer and the performance of the applicant shall be assessed by the officer and there is no appeal from the officer’s assessment.
5(2)A person who fails the appropriate examination may not retake the examination for the purpose of applying for a guide I or guide II licence until the expiration of 30 days after the date of failing.
5(3)A person to whom a guide II licence had been issued before January 1, 2002, who no longer holds that licence, may apply for a guide II licence on the basis of having passed the appropriate examination before that date.
