Ineligible if convicted of certain offences
4A person is not eligible to hold a guide I or guide II licence if they have been convicted of
(a) an offence under paragraph 32(1)(a) or (c), or 33(1)(a) or (b), or subsection 50(1) of the Act, or
(b) one or more offences under any other provision of the Act or the regulations under the Act within the 12 month period immediately preceding the application.
