Contents of disclosure document
5Every disclosure document shall contain
(a)
the risk warning statements set out in Part 1 of Schedule A,
(b)
the required information about the franchisor described in Part 2 of Schedule A,
(c)
the required information about the franchise described in Part 3 of Schedule A, and
(d)
the lists of franchisees and businesses described in Part 4 of Schedule A.
