Withdrawal of registration
7(1)A credit grantor, lessor or credit broker may withdraw its registration at any time by sending a notice of intention to withdraw to the Director by registered mail and returning the certificate of registration or, if there is one or more branch offices, the certificates of registration.
7(2)A credit grantor, lessor or credit broker may withdraw its registration with respect to one or more branch offices at any time by sending a notice of intention to withdraw to the Director by registered mail and returning the certificate of registration of each branch office with respect to which the withdrawal applies.

7(1)A credit grantor, lessor or credit broker may withdraw its registration at any time by sending a notice of intention to withdraw to the Minister by registered mail and returning the certificate of registration or, if there is one or more branch offices, the certificates of registration.
7(2)A credit grantor, lessor or credit broker may withdraw its registration with respect to one or more branch offices at any time by sending a notice of intention to withdraw to the Minister by registered mail and returning the certificate of registration of each branch office with respect to which the withdrawal applies.
