6(1)Any producer in the regulated area may register to be a delegate for the annual meeting of delegates
(a)
at the annual district meeting of producers, or
(b)
at any office of the Board at least 10 days before the annual meeting of delegates.
6(2)A delegate, at the annual meeting of delegates, may represent any district in which the delegate lives or owns a woodlot but may not represent more than one district in any one year.
