Voting at an annual district meeting of producers
5.1A producer shall not vote in an annual district meeting of producers unless the producer
(a)
in the case of a producer who has legally enforceable cutting rights by virtue of contract
(i)
files a copy of the contract with the Board at least 30 days preceding the date set for the annual district meeting of producers, and
(ii)
completes and signs, before voting at the annual district meeting of producers, a statement affirming that the producer is qualified to vote at the meeting; or
(b)
in the case of any other producer, completes and signs, before voting at the annual district meeting of producers, a statement affirming that the producer is qualified to vote at the meeting.
