Term of office and qualifications of members and alternates
4(1)The term of office for members and alternates shall commence at the meeting of the Board that follows the annual meeting of delegates and shall expire at the meeting of the Board that follows the annual meeting of delegates of the following year.
4(2)A person shall not hold office as a member or an alternate unless that person
(a) is an owner in the district which he or she is to represent, or
(b) resides in the district which he or she is to represent and is an owner in another district.
