Accounting for transportation certificates
7A person who has issued any books of transportation certificates under subsection 4(2), 4(3), 5(1) or 5(3) shall, in accordance with the directions of the Minister, account in a transportation certificate listing report to the Minister
(a)
periodically, for all missing and cancelled transportation certificates in a book, and
(b)
not later than April 30 in each year, for all transportation certificates in a book.
