6(1)All Parent School Support Committee elections shall be conducted between the opening day of school and the thirtieth day of September, inclusive, of each school year.
6(2)The principal of the school concerned shall
(a)
determine the date, time and place for the Parent School Support Committee election, and
(b)
provide to eligible parents
(i)
reasonable notice of the date, time and place of the election, and
(ii)
brief information respecting the nomination process and eligibility for membership on and the duties of the Parent School Support Committee.
