Day Act
Assented to June 13, 1975
Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
Repealed: R.S.N.B. 2014, Schedule A.
New Brunswick Day
1Throughout the Province of New Brunswick the first Monday in August shall be a general holiday, and shall be kept and observed as such under the name of New Brunswick Day.
N.B. This Act is consolidated to February 9, 2015.
