Criminal Prosecution Expenses Act

Table of fees and allowances
1The fees and allowances payable for necessary services rendered on behalf of the prosecution in the trial of indictable offences tried under Part XVI or XVII of the Criminal Code or at a preliminary hearing under Part XV of the Criminal Code shall be according to the Table of Fees and Allowances prescribed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.

2The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may prescribe a Table of Fees and Allowances payable under this Act.
