REGULATION 90-151

Natural Products Grades Act

Under section 2 of the Natural Products Grades Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Meat Grading Regulation - Natural Products Grades Act.
2In this Regulation
Canada Agricultural Products Act means the Canada Agricultural Products Act, chapter 27 of the Statutes of Canada, 1988.
3All grades, grade names, terms and conditions of grading, grading certificates, grade requirements and trimming procedures respecting hog carcasses shall conform to sections 3 to 7 of the Hog Carcass Grading Regulations, 1986 under the Canada Agricultural Products Act.
4All grades, grade names, terms and conditions of grading, grade requirements, determination of fat level and marking respecting beef carcasses shall conform to sections 3 to 21 of the Beef Carcass Grading Regulations under the Canada Agricultural Products Act.
5All grades, grade names, terms and conditions of grading, grading establishments, grade requirements and marking respecting lamb and mutton carcasses shall conform to sections 3 to 15 of the Lamb and Mutton Carcasses Grading Regulations under the Canada Agricultural Products Act.
6All grades, grade names, terms and conditions of grading, grade requirements and marking respecting veal carcasses shall conform to sections 3 to 12 of the Veal Carcass Grading Regulations under the Canada Agricultural Products Act.
7New Brunswick Regulation 83-81 under the Natural Products Grades Act is repealed.
