Under section 49 of the Arrest and Examinations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Recovery of Judgment Regulation - Arrest and Examinations Act.
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Arrest and Examinations Act.(Loi)
3The notice of judgment which may be served on a judgment debtor in accordance with section 29.1 of the Act shall be in Form 1.
4For the purposes of section 29.1 of the Act, the number of equal monthly instalment payments which shall be used to determine the amount of the equal monthly instalment payments to be paid by a judgment debtor upon receipt of the notice referred to in section 3 is that number of payments prescribed by Schedule A.
5This Regulation comes into force on May 1, 1984.
