Under section 56 of the Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Publication of Notice of Orders Regulation - Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Act.
Definition of “Act”
2In this Regulation, “Act” means the Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Act.(Loi)
Notice of orders
3For the purposes of subparagraph 16(b)(i) of the Act, a notice of an order published in The Royal Gazette shall contain the following:
(a) the title of the order;
(b) the provision of the Act authorizing the Board to make the order;
(c) if the order is made under section 14 of the Act, the date of the approval of the Minister;
(d) the date on which the order comes into force; and
(e) the address where a printed copy of the order may be obtained and the Department website where the order is published electronically.
Period of publication
4For the purposes of subparagraph 16(b)(ii) of the Act, a notice of an order shall appear in two consecutive issues of The Royal Gazette.
