Under section 149 of the Electricity Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Repealed: 2013, c.7, s.168
1This Regulation may be cited as the First Hearing Regulation - Electricity Act.
2For the purposes of section 156 of the Electricity Act, “first hearing” means the public hearing, whether an electronic, oral or written hearing, that is first held before the Board after all pre-hearing conferences and other preliminary procedural matters have been completed.
