Shortline Railways Act

Filed December 23, 1994
Under section 8 of the Shortline Railways Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the General Regulation - Shortline Railways Act.
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Shortline Railways Act.
3The regulations, codes, standards, procedures and rules in Schedule A are adopted for the purposes of the Act.
4This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 1995.
