NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 90-128
under the
Metric Conversion Act
(O.C. 90-833)
Filed October 26, 1990
Under subsection 4(4) of Schedule A of the Metric Conversion Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the National Building Code Designation Regulation - Metric Conversion Act.
2The Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the National Building Code of Canada 1995 and any amendments made to such code as the code referred to in any reference to the National Building Code of Canada contained in the Provincial Building Regulation - Community Planning Act, being New Brunswick Regulation 81-126 under the Community Planning Act or contained in any building by-law under the Community Planning Act.

3New Brunswick Regulation 86-18 under the Metric Conversion Act is repealed.
