1Under sections 73 and 73.2 of the Judicature Act, and section 51 of the Summary Convictions Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the Rules of Court of New Brunswick, as attached, excepting

(a) Rule 62.01(b)

(b) Rule 63

(c) Rule 64.01(a)

(d) Rule 65

(e) Rule 72

and the Forms relating thereto.

2Regulation 90 under the Judicature Act is repealed.

3This Regulation comes into force on June 1, 1982.
