REGULATION 2023-6

Public Service Labour Relations Act
Filed February 13, 2023
1 Subsection 89(2) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-130 under the Public Service Labour Relations Act is amended by striking out “section 77 of the Act” and substituting “paragraph 77(b) of the Act”.
2Section 92 of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “l’arbitrage obligatoire” and substituting “l’arbitrage contraignant”.
3Section 93 of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “l’arbitrage obligatoire” wherever it appears and substituting “l’arbitrage contraignant”.
4Section 101 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 77 of the Act” and substituting “paragraph 77(b) of the Act”.
5This Regulation comes into force on March 1, 2023.
