REGULATION 2023-3

Vital Statistics Act

1Section 11.5 of New Brunswick Regulation 87-30 under the Vital Statistics Act is amended by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) a person who has known the person to whom the birth registration applies for at least one year and has written authorization bearing the signature of that person;
2Section 11.6 of the Regulation is amended by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) a person who has known the person who is a party to the marriage for at least one year and has written authorization bearing the signature of that person;
