1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-165 under the Official Languages Act is amended in the definition “judge”
(a) in paragraph (b) by striking out “Court of Queen’s Bench” and substituting “Court of King’s Bench”;
(b) in paragraph (d) by striking out “Court of Queen’s Bench” and substituting “Court of King’s Bench”.
