1Section 3.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-256 under the Collection and Debt Settlement Services Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “Subject to subsections (4) and (5), a licence” and substituting “A licence”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “Subject to subsections (4) and (6), a licence” and substituting “A licence”;
(c) in subsection (3) by striking out “Subject to subsections (4) and (7), a licence” and substituting “A licence”;
(d) by repealing subsection (4);
(e) by repealing subsection (5);
(f) by repealing subsection (6);
(g) by repealing subsection (7).
2Section 4 of the Regulation is repealed.
3This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2022.
