Motor Vehicle Act

1New Brunswick Regulation 83-42 under the Motor Vehicle Act is amended by adding the following after section 15.1: 
ABANDONED VEHICLES
15.2For the purposes of subsection 197(8) of the Act, the Registrar shall ascertain that the vehicle has a market value of $2,500 or less.
2This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2022.
