REGULATION 2022-37

Provincial Offences Procedure Act

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by adding after paragraph (c.1) the following: 
(c.2) an offence under subsection 5(1) or 6(2), section 7 or 8 or paragraph 13(1)(a), (b) or (c) of the Dog Control Regulation – Local Governance Act;
(b) in subsection (2) by adding after paragraph (d.1) the following:
(d.2) in respect of prescribed offences specified in paragraph (1)(c.2), dog control officers appointed under section 4 of the Dog Control Regulation – Local Governance Act;
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended by adding after the portion for the Liquor Control Act the following:
