1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 2013-38 under the Species at Risk Act is amended in the portion for endangered species
(a) under the heading “Birds” by adding the following in alphabetical order: 
Swallow, Bank (Riparia riparia)
(b) under the heading “Arthropods” by adding the following in alphabetical order:  
Lady Beetle, Transverse (Coccinella transversoguttata)
(c) under the heading “Vascular Plants” by striking out “Aster, Bathurst (Symphyotrichum subulatum) Bathurst population”.
