1Paragraph 3(e) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-230 under the Civil Service Act is amended by striking out “the provisions of sections 6 and 13, subsections 17(3), (5) and (6) and section 33 of the Act” and substituting “the provisions of sections 6, 13 and 33 of the Act”.
