1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 2018-12 under the Early Childhood Services Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (1)(a) and substituting the following:
(a) if the income of the household, less the Canada-New Brunswick Housing Benefit, is equal to or less than the threshold set by the Minister,
(b) in paragraph (6)(c) by striking out “household” and substituting “household, less the Canada-New Brunswick Housing Benefit”;
(c) in paragraph (7)(d) by striking out “household” and substituting “household, less the Canada-New Brunswick Housing Benefit”.
