Gaming Control Act

1New Brunswick Regulation 2009-24 under the Gaming Control Act is amended by adding after section 5.2 the following: 
Eligibility for registration
5.3Only an individual who is at least 19 years old is eligible to be a registered gaming assistant.
2Paragraph 8(1)(b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Gaming Control Branch” and substituting “branch responsible for gaming control”.
3The Regulation is amended by adding after section 14 the following: 
Eligibility for registration
14.1Only a corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship or an individual who is at least 19 years old is eligible to be a registered supplier.
4Section 25.01 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Gaming Control Branch” and substituting “branch responsible for gaming control”.
5Section 30.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Gaming Control Branch” and substituting “branch responsible for gaming control”.
6Paragraph 50(2)(a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Gaming Control Branch” and substituting “branch responsible for gaming control”.

7This Regulation comes into force on October 1, 2021.
