NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 2021-68
under the
Provincial Offences Procedure Act
(O.C. 2021-244)

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedures Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by adding after paragraph (e.5) the following:
(e.51) an offence under section 33 of the Public Health Act;
(e.52) an offence under subsection 3(1) or (3), 4(3), 5(1) or (2) or section 8 of the COVID-19 Preventative Measures Regulation– Public Health Act;
(b) in subsection (2) by adding after paragraph (f) the following:
(f.001) in respect of prescribed offences specified in paragraph (1)(e.51) or (e.52), peace officers as defined in the Motor Vehicle Act;
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

failing to register with or provide proof of vaccination or medical exemption to the New Brunswick Travel Registration Program

failing to self-isolate for 14 days

3This Regulation comes into force on September 22, 2021.
