1Subsection 2(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 95-61 under the Family Income Security Act is amended in the definition “budget deficit method” by striking out “(d), (e), (e.01) and (e.02)” and substituting “(d) and (e.03)”.
2Paragraph 4(11)(b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “8(2)(e.01) or (e.02)” and substituting “8(2)(e.03)”.
3Subsection 4.1(2) of the Regulation is repealed.
4Section 8 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (2)
(i) by repealing paragraph (e.01);
(ii) by repealing paragraph (e.02);
(iii) by adding before paragraph (e.1) the following: 
(e.03) subject to subsections (3) and (4.2), wages from part time and full time employment, to a maximum of $500 monthly for a unit consisting of one or more persons receiving assistance under the Extended Benefits Program or the Transitional Assistance Program plus 50% of any wages in addition to the monthly wages of $500 that are excluded;
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “(2)(e.01) or (e.02)” and substituting “(2)(e.03)”;
(c) in paragraph (4.2)(b) by striking out “(2)(e.01) or (e.02)” and substituting “(2)(e.03)”.
5Section 16 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (2);
(b) by repealing subsection (3);
(c) by repealing subsection (4);
(d) by repealing subsection (5).
6This Regulation comes into force on October 1, 2021.
