1Section 4 of the English version of New Brunswick Regulation 2011-70 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “he or she has been convicted” and substituting “they have been convicted”.
2Subsection 5(1) of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted: 
5(1)An appropriate examination shall be administered by a conservation officer or an assistant conservation officer and the performance of the applicant shall be assessed by the officer and there is no appeal from the officer’s assessment.
