1The enacting clause of New Brunswick Regulation 84-270 under the Queen’s Counsel and Precedence Act is amended by striking out “the Barristers’ Society” and substituting “the Law Society”.
2Section 3 of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “regular member of the Barristers’ Society” and substituting “member of the Law Society”.
3Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “regular member of the Barristers’ Society” and “his profession” and substituting “member of the Law Society” and “the profession” respectively.
4Section 6 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Barristers’ Society” and “regular members” and substituting “Law Society” and “members” respectively.
5Section 7 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted: 
7Queen’s Counsel appointments shall not be made more than once in any calendar year.
