1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2009-137 under the Public Health Act is amended in paragraph (c) of the definition “engineer” by striking out “subsection 10(7) of”.
2Section 7 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “Subject to section 8, it a is” and substituting “It is a”;
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “Disposal Systems”, prepared” and substituting “Disposal Systems”, as amended, prepared”.
3The heading “Transitional provision - non-conventional sewage disposal systems” preceding section 8 of the Regulation is repealed.
4Section 8 of the Regulation is repealed.
5Paragraph 12(a) of the English version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “of his or her licence” and substituting “of their licence”.
6Section 15 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) by repealing paragraph (a);
(ii) in paragraph (e) by striking out “conforming to the requirements of NSFI/ANSI Standard 46-207, “Evaluation of components and devices used in wastewater treatment systems”, dated January 5, 2007”;
(b) by repealing subsection (2).
