REGULATION 2021-23
under the
Medical Services Payment Act

1Paragraph 11(2.1)(j) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-20 under the Medical Services Payment Act is amended
(a) by adding after subparagraph (iv.1) the following: 
(iv.2) speech language pathologist,
(iv.3) occupational therapist,
(iv.4) physiotherapist,
(b) by adding after subparagraph (v) the following: 
(v.1) registered nurse who works in an emergency room of a hospital facility as a mental health nurse,
(c) in subparagraph (vii) by striking out “social worker, psychologist or occupational therapist” and substituting “social worker or psychologist”.
2Paragraph 11(2.2)(h) of the Regulation is amended
(a) by adding after subparagraph (iv.1) the following: 
(iv.2) speech language pathologist,
(iv.3) occupational therapist,
(iv.4) physiotherapist,
(b) by adding after subparagraph (v) the following: 
(v.1) registered nurse who works in an emergency room of a hospital facility as a mental health nurse,
(c) in subparagraph (vii) by striking out “social worker, psychologist or occupational therapist” and substituting “social worker or psychologist”.
