1Section 1 of New Brunswick Regulation 2020-20 under the Community Planning Act and the Clean Water Act and the Public Health Act is repealed and the following is substituted: 
1This Regulation may be cited as the Building Permit Prerequisites Regulation – Community Planning Act.
2The heading “Prerequisites for a building permit or a development and building permit” preceding section 2 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted: 
Prerequisites for a building permit
3Section 2 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (1) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “or development and building permit” and substituting “under the Building Code Administration Act”;
(b) in paragraph (2) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “or development and building permit” and substituting “under the Building Code Administration Act”.
4Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or development and building permit” and substituting “under the Building Code Administration Act”.
Commencement
5This Regulation comes into force on February 1, 2021.
