1Section 9 of the English version of New Brunswick Regulation 94-47 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended
(a) in subsection (2.1)
(i) by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following: 
(a) an application shall be entered into the random computer draw one time if the applicant
(i) has never previously applied to a random computer draw or has never been successful in a random computer draw and has previously applied to up to four random computer draws, or
(ii) has been unsuccessful in up to four random computer draws since the last time their application was chosen in a random computer draw;
(ii) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following: 
(b) an application shall be entered into the random computer draw the number of times determined in accordance with the formula set out in subsection (2.2) if the applicant
(i) has never been successful in a random computer draw and has previously applied to between five and nineteen random computer draws, or
(ii) has been unsuccessful in between five and nineteen random computer draws since the last time their application was chosen in a random computer draw;
(iii) by repealing paragraph (c) and substituting the following: 
(c) an application shall be entered into the random computer draw 243 times if the applicant
(i) has never been successful in a random computer draw and has previously applied to at least 20 random computer draws, or
(ii) has been unsuccessful in at least 20 random computer draws since the last time their application was chosen in a random computer draw.
(b) in subsection (2.2) in paragraph (b) of the formula by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”.
2Section 9.1 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (2)(c) of the English version by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”;
(b) by repealing subsection (7) and substituting the following: 
9.1(7)The Minister shall choose
(a) a maximum of 25 applications from the applications submitted to the draw referred to in paragraph 9.1(1)(a), and
(b) a maximum of 75 applications from the applications submitted to the draw referred to in paragraph 9.1(1)(b).
(c) in subsection (8) by striking out “the Minister shall choose the 50 applications” and substituting “the Minister shall choose the maximum number of applications”.
(d) in subsection (11) of the English version
(i) in paragraph (a) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”;
(ii) in paragraph (b) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”.
3Section 10 of the English version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (2)(a) by striking out “at the time of his or her registration” and substituting “at the time of registration”;
(b) in paragraph (3.1)(a)
(i) in subparagraph (i) in the portion preceding clause (A) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”;
(ii) in subparagraph (ii) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”;
(c) in paragraph (4)(a) by striking out “at the time of his or her registration” and substituting “at the time of registration”;
(d) in subsection (6)
(i) in paragraph (a)
(A) in the portion preceding subparagraph (i) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”;
(B) by repealing subparagraph (i) and substituting the following: 
(i) provides the unique identification number provided under subsection 82.1(4) of the Act to the client at the time of registration under section 82.1 of the Act or satisfies the Minister as to the client’s identity, residence and age by presenting any identification and other documentation requested by the Minister, and
(ii) in subparagraph (ii) in the portion preceding clause (A) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”;
(iii) in paragraph (b)
(A) by repealing subparagraph (i) and substituting the following: 
(i) provides the unique identification number provided under subsection 82.1(4) of the Act to the client at the time of registration under section 82.1 of the Act or satisfies the Minister as to the client’s identity, residence and age by presenting any identification and other documentation requested by the Minister,
(B) in subparagraph (ii) in the portion preceding clause (A) by striking out “he or she” and substituting “they”;
(iv) in subsection (7) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”.
4Section 10.1 of the English version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (2)(a) by striking out “at the time of his or her registration” and substituting “at the time of registration”;
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”;
(c) in subsection (3.3)
(i) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”;
(ii) in paragraph (a) by striking out “at the time of his or her registration” and substituting “at the time of registration”;
(d) in subsection (3.5) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “he or she, or the person obtaining the designated resident moose licence on his or her behalf, provides proof” and substituting “they, or the person obtaining the designated resident moose licence on their behalf, provide proof”;
(e) in subsection (3.6) by striking out “his or her” wherever it appears and substituting “their”.
5Section 16 of the English version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”.
6Section 17 of the English version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (0.2) by striking out “he or she applies” and substituting “they apply”;
(b) in subsection (1.1) by striking out “he or she” and substituting “they”;
(c) in subsection (2) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”;
(d) in subsection (3) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”.
7Section 18 of the English version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (3) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “he or she” and substituting “they”;
(b) in subsection (5) by striking out “his or her” and substituting “their”.
