Occupational Health and Safety Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2004-130 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act is amended by adding the following definition in alphabetical order: 

“CSA” means the CSA Group.(CSA)

2Section 11 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Schedule C” and substituting “CSA standard CSA Z1220-17: First aid kits for the workplace”.

3Schedule C of the Regulation is repealed.
