1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-191 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act is amended
(a) in the French version by repealing the definition « ACNOR »;
(b) in the English version by repealing the definition “CSA” and substituting the following:
“CSA” means the CSA Group;(CSA)
(c) in the French version by adding the following definition in alphabetical order:
“CSA” désigne le Groupe CSA;(CSA)
2Section 39 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “CAN/CSA-Z94.3-92, “Industrial Eye and Face Protectors”” and substituting “CSA Z94.3-15, “Eye and face protectors””.
3Section 40 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “ANSI standard ANSI Z89.1-1997, “American National Standard for Industrial Head Protection”” and substituting “CSA standard CSA Z94.1-15, “Industrial protective headwear – Performance, selection, care, and use””;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “ANSI standard ANSI Z89.1-1997, “American National Standard for Industrial Head Protection”” and substituting “CSA standard CSA Z94.1-15, “Industrial protective headwear – Performance, selection, care, and use””.
4Section 41 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “CAN/ CSA-Z195-M92” and substituting “CSA Z195:14 (reaffirmed 2019)”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “CAN/CSA-Z195-M92” and substituting “CSA Z195:14 (reaffirmed 2019)”.
5Subsection 45(2) of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “norme de l’ACNOR Z94.4-93” and substituting “norme Z94.4-93 de la CSA”.
6Subsection 46(2) of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “norme de l’ACNOR Z94.4-93” and substituting “norme Z94.4-93 de la CSA”.
7Subsection 48(1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Z94.2-94, “Hearing Protectors”” and substituting “CSA Z94.2-14, “Hearing protection devices – Performance, selection, care, and use””.

10Subsection 51(2) of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) a life jacket that is approved by Transport Canada or by an agency permitted by Transport Canada to approve it;
(b) by repealing paragraph (c) and substituting the following:
(c) a personal flotation device that is approved by Transport Canada or by an agency permitted by Transport Canada to approve it;
(c) by repealing paragraph (d) and substituting the following:
(d) an automatically inflatable personal flotation device that is approved by Transport Canada or by an agency permitted by Transport Canada to approve it; or
