1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 2008-110 under the Gaming Control Act is repealed and the following is substituted: 

4For the purposes of section 23 of the Gaming Control Act, the amount of money to be paid by the Corporation in each fiscal year into the trust funds specified below is as follows: 

(a) the Arts Development Trust Fund – $1,200,000; and

(b) the Sport Development Trust Fund – $1,000,000.
