1Section 12 of the French version of New Brunswick Regulation 85-104 under the Parks Act is amended
(a) in subsection (2) by striking out “ou Mount Carleton” and substituting “ou Mont Carleton”;
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “le parc provincial Mount Carleton” and substituting “le parc provincial Mont Carleton”.
2The heading “CAMPSITE FEES” preceding section 22 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted: 
CAMPSITE PERMIT FEES
3Section 22 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “The daily and weekly fees” and substituting “The daily and monthly fees”;
(b) in subsection (2.1) by striking out “the daily and weekly fees” and substituting “the daily and monthly fees”.
4Subsection 23(3.1) of the French version of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “parc provincial Parlee Beach” and substituting “parc provincial de la plage Parlee”.
5Section 26.1 of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “parc provincial de Sugarloaf” and substituting “parc provincial Sugarloaf”.
6The heading “DROITS D’ENTRÉE AU PARC PROVINCIAL HOPEWELL ROCKS” preceding 27.3 of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “HOPEWELL ROCKS” and substituting “DES ROCHERS HOPEWELL”.
7Subsection 27.3(1) of the Regulation is amended
(a) in the portion preceding paragraph a) of the French version by striking out “au parc provincial Hopewell Rocks” and substituting “au parc provincial des rochers Hopewell”;
(b) in paragraph (a)
(i) in subparagraph (ii) by striking out “$7.25” and substituting “$8”;

12Schedule D of the Regulation is amended by striking out the heading “Mactaquac, Mount Carleton, Murray Beach, New River Beach and Parlee Beach Parks” and substituting “Mactaquac, Mount Carleton, Murray Beach, New River Beach and Parlee Beach Provincial Parks”.
