REGULATION 2019-41
under the
Cannabis Management Corporation Act

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2018-59 under the Cannabis Management Corporation Act is amended by adding the following definitions in alphabetical order: 
“cannabis extract” means cannabis extract as defined in the Cannabis Regulations under the Cannabis Act (Canada).(extrait de cannabis)
“cannabis oil” means cannabis oil as defined in the Cannabis Regulations under the Cannabis Act (Canada).(huile de cannabis)
“cannabis topical” means cannabis topical as defined in the Cannabis Regulations under the Cannabis Act (Canada).(cannabis pour usage topique)
“dried cannabis” means dried cannabis as defined under the Cannabis Act (Canada).(cannabis séché)
“edible cannabis” means edible cannabis as defined in the Cannabis Regulations under the Cannabis Act (Canada).(cannabis comestible)
“fresh cannabis” means fresh cannabis as defined in the Cannabis Regulations under the Cannabis Act (Canada).(cannabis frais)
2Section 3 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (d) of the English version by striking out “and” at the end of the paragraph;
(b) in paragraph (e) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a comma;
(c) by adding after paragraph (e) the following: 
(f) cannabis extract,
(g) cannabis topical, and
(h) edible cannabis.
TRANSITIONAL PROVISION
Repeal
3The following provisions shall be repealed on October 17, 2020: 
(a) the definition “cannabis oil” in section 2 of the Regulation; and
(b) paragraph 3(b) of the Regulation.
