1New Brunswick Regulation 2009-137 under the Public Health Act is amended by repealing the heading “Covering of on-site sewage disposal system” preceding section 16.
2Section 16 of the Regulation is repealed.
3The heading “Repeat inspection” preceding section 17 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
Fee prescribed
4Section 17 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
17The fee prescribed for the purposes of subsection 24.02(5) of the Act is $150.
Commencement
5This Regulation comes into force on February 1, 2018.
