1The Rules of Court, New Brunswick Regulation 82-73 under the Judicature Act and the Provincial Offences Procedure Act, are amended by adding after Rule 4, “COURT DOCUMENTS”, the attached Rule 4.1, “TELEPHONE AND VIDEO CONFERENCES”.

2Rule 37 of the Rules of Court, “PROCEDURE ON MOTIONS”, is amended

(a) by repealing clause (a) of Rule 37.08(1);

(b) by repealing Rule 37.09.

3Paragraph (4) of Rule 59.11 of the Rules of Court, “COSTS OF PROCEEDINGS BETWEEN PARTIES”, is repealed.
