REGULATION 2018-74

Municipalities Act

1Paragraph 8.1(b) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(b) that area of Charlotte County known as Dennis-Weston in the parish of Saint Stephen that is shown on the attached Schedule 8.1(b), for fire protection and community services; and
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 8.1(b) in numerical order.
3This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2018.
