REGULATION 2018-66

1Paragraph 20.1(a) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(a) that area of York County known as Estey’s Bridge in the parish of Douglas that is shown on the attached Schedule 20.1(a), for fire protection, community services and recreation facilities;
2Schedule 20(q) of the Regulation is repealed.
3The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 20.1(a) in numerical order.
4This Regulation comes into force on August 1, 2018.
SCHEDULE 20.1(a)
