Under paragraph 191(1)(tt) of the Local Governance Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Repeal Regulation – Local Governance Act.
To repeal regulations under the Municipalities Act
2(1)New Brunswick Regulation 2005-97 under the Municipalities Act is repealed.
2(2)New Brunswick Regulation 2005-98 under the Municipalities Act is repealed.
