1The enacting clause of New Brunswick Regulation 85-182 under the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Under section 34 of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
