1Subsection 3.1(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 97-71 under the Family Services Act is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “in the Judicial District of Saint John,” and substituting “in a Judicial District that has established a case management model for those proceedings,”.
2This Regulation comes into force on June 1, 2018.
