1Section 5.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-30 under the Marriage Act is amended by striking out “From April 4, 2016, to April 1, 2018, both dates inclusive” and substituting “On and after April 4, 2016”.
2Section 5.2 of the Regulation is repealed.
3Section 5.3 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “From April 4, 2016, to April 1, 2018, both dates inclusive” and substituting “On and after April 4, 2016”.
4Section 5.4 of the Regulation is repealed.
