Vital Statistics Act

1New Brunswick Regulation 87-30 under the Vital Statistics Act is amended by adding after section 11.4 the following:
11.41For the purposes of paragraph 39(1)(g) of the Act, a certificate of birth registration issued under section 39 of the Act shall include, as a particular of registration, the sex of the person, either male or female.
2 This Regulation comes into force on February 1, 2018.
